Report
We' ve been given three topics and we had to write a short Essay about them:
1. Queen's lost jewels found.
2. Collision kills five.
3. Manchester wins cup.
1. Queen's lost jewels found.
After a huge search, the police could finally find the 1.000.000 USD jewels from the Queen. The thief was found trying to sell them on an illegal page. The punishment isn't decided yet but they said it was going to be "hard". The jewels were returned this Monday at 7:30 a.m by the police. Now they switched their location to a better and safer place so as to prevent this from happening again. the Queen decided not to talk publicly so as not to reveal any hidden secreat or location. She was only allowed to talk to the police or to her family, nobody else.
2. Collision kills five.
This morning, 5:32 a.m there was a collision in Eyjafjallajökull, Iceland. As far as we know, five people were killed. It was a family that was driving a car. The driver lost control of the car and they smashed towards a tree. Luckily, everyone was already evacuee from the city, so, in conclusion, that was the only injured people. The firefighters are still checking that no one else is injured. there are thousand of houses destroyed. Cars are smashed towards trees and what's left from houses. The police is sending boats to the nearby lake so as to make sure that nothing or nobody is there. We hope everyone's okay.
3. Manchester wins cup.
After a hard match, Manchester won the cup. The rival team and the rain made everything difficult. But, anyway, Manchester won 2-0 against Juventus. The captain, Van Persie, said it was difficult the last minute but they didin´t gave up. He had the hope. The first goal was in the first part, it was from Schweinsteiger. The second one was from Van Persie which was nominated as the best goal of the match. He added a picture on Instragram, together with the rest of the team holding the cup and celebrating. The coach said that he's even more than happy with the team. today they are going to a luxurious restaurant to eat.

Using the phrase "Unfortunately, young people are not interested in helping the environment" we had to create an essay talking about that.

Unfortunately, young people are not interested in helping the environment in comparison or unlike kids. Kids are thought to take care of the environment to learn how to recycle. On the one hand I strongly disagree with the fact that they don't even know how to recycle, also, I cannot support the view that when they cook, they threw useful food away. That's completely wrong! On the other hand, I fully agree with people that take care of the evironment. I'm in agreement with what ecologists said about young people. In fact, it's true. He said that young people need to learn about it. Similarly happens with elders, they don't know about it. "They do, indeed" another ecologist agreed. More specifically, an expert.
In this image, we can see a dirty street. People usually prefer to throw the bottles or anything they have in their hands on the floor instead of throwing it into a bin.

¿How does the topic 'Survival' appears in the movie? (120 words).
The topic 'survival' first appears when Pi stays alone in the middle of the ocean. He had to survive those two months with short food supplies. During the first days, he used the food from the boat until he relized that there was a mouse. As a result, he had to fish. Thanks to that, he had food. In addition, he had something to do instead of sitting down under the sun. However, this wasn't the solution.
Since Richard Parker, the tiger, got on the boat, Pi knew he was not gonna chill out. The tiger was a huge problem, what's more, it must be fed. Consequently, the food Pi had wasn't enough. Quite unexpectedly, a shoal appeared and they got enough food. Moreover, Pi used that like a way of getting into the boat.
Pi in his little boat he made for himself, a whale and the boat where Richard Parker was. (During Night-time).

How to write an essay
With Andre we've been working on how to write an essay. Firstly, we read on the book what we should take in account to write an essay. Secondly, we created a Popplet with all that information. Thirdly, we uploaded it to the blog . In addition we made an essay about young people and the environment. Finally we decided if we agreed or disagreed about it.

2. El título "Está en nuestras manos" hace referencia a los cuidados que tenemos que tener. Nosotros somos quienes tomamos esas decisiones a la hora de tener una relación sexual. Hay que tener un cierto cuidado para evitar que el VIH/SIDA se expanda.

1. ONUSIDA es el Programa Conjunto de las Naciones Unidas sobre el VIH y SIDA
Sus objetivos son:
-Que el virus no se propague más.
-Que no se discrimine a las personas con SIDA.
- Y que no haya más muertes.
2. Con el título "Lleguemos a cero" se refiere a que el objetivo es llegar a cero muertes, cero discriminación y cero virus.

Learning a foreign language, for example, english, is useful for travelling. It's makes the travel become more enjoyable. You can communicate with the local people, get the information you need and make friends with the people you meet. It's also nice to travel when you can read the language because you won't have problems understanding signs or menus.
You can improve your cultural knowledge, understand the literature, fims and music from the country you are visiting and knowing some more cultural awareness, work or study. But anyway, language is the key to communication and can enrich your life.
Reykjavik Calling gives Boston free Icelandic Music in Cambridge.
The music of BeeBee and the Bluebirds is an example of the pop music being created in the island nation of Iceland. Brynhildur Oddsdottir is the lead singer of BeeBee and the Bluebirds, a featured act on Saturday night's edition of Reykjavik Calling, the annual festival that brings a taste of that land to the Boston area. “There’s not a big blues community in Iceland, but there are very loyal blues fans,” said Oddsdottir. “The Reykjavik Blues Festival is always packed every year, for example. We have many bands importing the music they hear from the United States and Europe".
Oddsdottir, who was writing her own songs at an early age, and penned many of the songs in BeeBee and the BlueBirds repertoire while in her composition classes, does not write in a classic blues style.

Writing Task.
I had never felt so nervous before in my life. First, I thought it was a joke, but then I discovered it wasn´t. I was chilling out in the garden when, all of a sudden, my brother appeared with a huge smile. He was showing me a bag. At first sight, I thought it was from him, but then, I realised that it was for me!. Inside the bag there was a CD from SIA, a ticket for her show and a Meet and Greet with her, So I went rushing to get the phone and suddently I hited myself with a chair.
A little later, while I was checking the Meet and Greed paper, I noticed that she wrote me her phone, So I add to my phone's agenda, and sent her a WhatsApp and so she replied me:
-Hey, thanks! Apart from asking me for an autograph, In addition, you can bring me a gift, so I remember you! XOXO. -Sia Furler.
In fact, she still has it.
From my point of view. she has recetly passed a quite unexpected situation, so that's why she asked me for a gift. Later that day, Sia invited me and my parents to her World Tour. To take that decision, she went outside to talk to her manager, so meawhile, my parents and I we walked around her recording set. Earlier, she returned and gave us the tickets. Owing to the fact that I had school, we could only went to half of her tour, but it was amazing. Without warning, she gave my parents a very nice gift.
Out of the blue, when we arrived home, my brother was waiting for us. He said he was glad because I talked to Sia and all that stuff. However, all the same, that is the best anecdote of my life. Finally, I've met Sia Furler.

I had lot of homework and also I went to Europe to visit some family, that's why I couldn´t answer.
Well, many teenagers love sports such as Hockey or Rugby so you can ask them about thoose things and add it to your blog. In addition, this year is the Hockey World Tournament, you can ask girls about it for more info. Another topic could be movies from today like The Fault In Our Stars, Divergent or Insurgent, they are really cool movies and tendencies.
For make it look better you can add colours and interesting typography so you can catch easier someone's attention. Or make a keyword look bigger than the rest, you can use that like a way of making it be more catchy.
For print it you have a printer two blocks away from your home and they are cheap. I've never been there but a friend of mine's reccomended it and may be useful. They also know about technology so as to help you to create your blog and make it look nicer for free. I totally think that you should try it.

Sistema Ósteo Artro Muscular. (S.O.A.M.)
En Biología fuimos al laboratorio para hacer una disección de un fémur de una vaca. Le sacamos fotos de la parte interna y externa. Usamos el programa de edición fotográfica Skitch para editarlas y agregarles los nombres a las partes. Este trabajo lo hice en grupo con: Leandro Tagliaferri, Matías Viana, Agustín Sanchez y Azarías Viana.

Modelo General de la Regulación.
¡Modello Generale del Regolamento!
En Biología estamos viendo los Estímulos, la HOMEOSTASIS, el MODELO GENERAL DE LA REGULACIÓN, entre otros conceptos. Nuestra tarea era escribir un texto explicando el Modelo Gral. de la Regulación y su relación con la Homeostasis.
Todo ser humano tiene estímulos en el ambiente que lo rodea. Un estímulo es un impulso nervioso que es captado por los receptores. Ese impulso es enviado a los moduladores que general la respuesta más apta para lo que pasó. Por ejemplo: Si te pinchás el dedo con una aguja, ese pinchazo es un estímulo, que va a viajar por el nervio, después recorre el tronco del encéfalo y llega a la corteza cerebral en donde se hace consciente. Después, esa respuesta se envía por las vías de conducción motoras, hasta que llega a los efectores. Ellos se encargan de "Efectuar" o realizar la acciones que dicen esa respuesta. La respuesta va a las glándulas o a los músculos y generan esa respuesta adaptativa que puede ser positiva o negativa. O sea que puede ser favorable o desfavorable. Esa respuesta hace posible la homeostasis. ¿Qué es la homeostasis? La Homeostasis es el equilibrio ante ciertas situaciones. Es algo que varía dentro de límites precisos y ajustados.
