The Day The Mountain Blew Apart

1. On 18th May,1980, Sunday,  Mount St. Helens  erupted . Jerry Wheeler was someone who was out for a weekend walk when the Mount St. Helens erupted he was far away to survive. David Johnston was a government scientist who was studying the Mount St.Helens , he was watching it from a a ridge top less than six miles away , he died in the erution. All neer the mount was burned, trees, etc. All was covered with ashes and dust.Gophers bring the plants to life, because they were under the ground, so when they comed out they took out all the soils from the ground, but Elk Bones too bring plants to life because of their nutrients.

2.The Day The Mountain Blew Apart is a historical narrative  because it is based on real events, people, creatures and etc, are true.

5.In my opinion, this was a really sad time, and that was a very big and historical explosion, because many people die,and the people who was neer, cannot go out because of the Ashes and the dust.
