Los jóvenes en la actualidad

La cantidad de jóvenes muertos e/o internados gravemente por el consumo de drogas como el éxtasis, la cocaína, entre otras, es muy alta. Hubieron de estos casos en la fiesta electrónica de Costa Salguero a cargo de Adrian Conzi, presidente de "Dell Producciones SA", empresa organizadora del evento.

Ninguno de los amigos o familiares de los chicos que consumieron drogas recuerda la lista de drogas que mencionaron los médicos. También hubieron otros 5 jóvenes que no lograron salvarse, murieron en la fiesta Time Warp.
Algunos síntomas presentes fueron: deshidratación, aumento de temperatura corporal, convulsiones, aceleración de los latidos cardíacos, mareos, aumento de la presión y dificultad para respirar. Uno de los jóvenes aseguró no recordar lo ocurrido ni haber presentado esos síntomas.

Mientras tanto, en los hospitales Fernández y Argerich permanecen 3 hombres y una mujer internados por el consumo de drogas. Tienen insuficiencia renal y uno de ellos está con asistencia respiratoria. 

El satisfactor principal, el agua, la habían sacado de los baños y el precio de la botella era caro. El consumo de la droga era una necesidad básica para ellos pero no vital. Se podría considerar la droga como una 'satisfacción adecuada'. Las drogas afectaron de forma neurológica. 

Uno de los jóvenes que murió, era uruguayo y había venido a la fiesta electrónica con un grupo de amigos. Los amigos lograron pasar su propia droga de manera oculta ante los controles. 

En las autopsias se comprobaron que las personas fallecidas habían muerto debido a un edema pulmonar que les causó un paro cardiorrespiratorio. 

El especialista en adicciones, Oscar Olego, explicó que sólo el éxtasis y la cocaína actúan sobre el sistema nervioso simpático. "A través de los receptores de la dopamina en el cerebro, aceleran todas las funciones del cuerpo." 

De acuerdo con el hospital Fernández en el 2014 hubieron 82 muertes súbitas por sobredosis.

Olego, desde su experiencia, apuntó al consumo de MDMA (metilendioxi-metanfetamina) o éxtasis combinado con agregados para potenciar la sensación de euforia. 

En los tres hospitales se seguía indagando con intervención judicial sobre que sustancias químicas habían ingerido. 

Además,circuló el nombre brodifacoum, que se utiliza como ingrediente activo de raticidas.

Algunos días atrás hubo otra fiesta electrónica en Rosario donde hubieron 4 internados por consumo excesivo de una mezcla de drogas. 

Para concluir, las drogas generan grandes problemas tantos físicos como deshidratación como psicológicos como las convulsiones. 

Si me pasara ¿No harías lo mismo?

Todos tenemos aquellos momentos en los que se nos viene el mundo abajo. Es muy difícil recibir o hacer aquel llamado avisando sobre un problema con un familiar. Pero es aún más difícil verlo.
 En el video "En el lado de la vida" podemos observar una madre que se entera del accidente de su hija. Al haber fallecido su hija, la madre toma la decisión de donar los órganos a una chica que los necesitaba. En el texto "Ponte en su lugar" se reflexiona sobre ponerse en el lugar del otro. En ambos casos, se debe pensar en el otro y ayudarlo como alguien más nos hubiera ayudado a nosotros si nos hubiera pasado lo mismo.
El nombre del video se debe a que la madre que había ponerse a su hija, decide ponerse del lado de la chica que necesitaba urgentemente un órgano y le dona el/los de la hija. Entonces es como que se pone a favor de que la chica viva.
El texto explica un acto social o solidario, es decir que hay que considerar la situación del otro. El acto social y el acto médico son diferentes. El acto social es la decisión que toma la persona respecto al cuerpo en este caso la madre toma una decisión sobre que hacer con los órganos de la hija. El acto médico es la cirugía, es de lo que un médico o un especialista se puede encargar algo que alguien con experiencia puede hacer como por ejemplo el trasplante.

The Clod and the Pebble.

"The Clod and The Pebble" is a poem written by William Blake. Talks about love seen from two sides: The nice one (The Clod)  and the bad one (The Pebble). Both show the same thing seen from different sides.

From the side of the Clod, love is something wonderful. The Clod thinks that when we are in love, we stop caring about yourself and you care more about the other. It has a positive view and sings saying that when we are in love, every bad thing turns into a good one "And builds a Heaven in Hell's despair". The clod are fragile so it can be seen as more "opened" referring to love.

Unlike the Clod, the Pebble is thinks that love is horrible and enjoys the suffering of the ones that feel it. It says that love is selfish and only cares for itself. The Pebble has a negative point of view. "Love seeketh only self to please". It thinks that when we are in love, everything turns into a kind of Hell. "And builds a Hell in Heaven's despite". The Pebble is a hard kind of rock. This can be seen as if the Pebble is more "closed" or "heart-closed" referring to love.

To conclude, there are two completely opposite views. In my opinion, my view of 'love' is like the Clod's one. I think that when we are in love, we see things in a better way and everything turns into positive and charm.

We' ve been given three topics and we had to write a short Essay about them:
1. Queen's lost jewels found.
2. Collision kills five.
3. Manchester wins cup.

1. Queen's lost jewels found.
After a huge search, the police could finally find the 1.000.000 USD jewels from the Queen. The thief was found trying to sell them on an illegal page. The punishment isn't decided yet but they said it was going to be "hard". The jewels were returned this Monday at 7:30 a.m by the police. Now they switched their location to a better and safer place so as to prevent this from happening again. the Queen decided not to talk publicly so as not to reveal any hidden secreat or location. She was only allowed to talk to the police or to her family, nobody else.

2. Collision kills five.
This morning, 5:32 a.m there was a collision in Eyjafjallajökull, Iceland. As far as we know, five people were killed. It was a family that was driving a car. The driver lost control of the car and they smashed towards a tree. Luckily, everyone was already evacuee from the city, so, in conclusion, that was the only injured people. The firefighters are still checking that no one else is injured. there are thousand of houses destroyed. Cars are smashed towards trees and what's left from houses. The police is sending boats to the nearby lake so as to make sure that nothing or nobody is there. We hope everyone's okay.

3. Manchester wins cup.
After a hard match, Manchester won the cup. The rival team and the rain made everything difficult. But, anyway, Manchester won 2-0 against Juventus. The captain, Van Persie, said it was difficult the last minute but they didin´t gave up. He had the hope. The first goal was in the first part, it was from Schweinsteiger. The second one was from Van Persie which was nominated as the best goal of the match. He added a picture on Instragram, together with the rest of the team holding the cup and celebrating. The coach said that he's even more than happy with the team. today they are going to a luxurious restaurant to eat.

Essay

Using the phrase "Unfortunately, young people are not interested in helping the environment" we had to create an essay talking about that.

Unfortunately, young people are not interested in helping the environment in comparison or unlike kids. Kids are thought to take care of the environment to learn how to recycle. On the one hand I strongly disagree with the fact that they don't even know how to recycle, also, I cannot support the view that when they cook, they threw useful food away. That's completely wrong! On the other hand, I fully agree with people that take care of the evironment. I'm in agreement with what  ecologists said about young people. In fact, it's true. He said that young people need to learn about it. Similarly happens with elders, they don't know about it. "They do, indeed" another ecologist agreed. More specifically, an expert.

In this image, we can see a dirty street. People usually prefer to throw the bottles or anything they have in their hands on the floor instead of throwing it into a bin.

Life of Pi: Survival

With Ale we've been watching the movie Life of Pi,
Choose one:
Relationship between human beings and animals or Survival.
¿How does the topic 'Survival' appears in the movie? (120 words).

The topic 'survival' first appears when Pi stays alone in the middle of the ocean. He had to survive those two months with short food supplies. During the first days, he used the food from the boat until he relized that there was a mouse. As a result, he had to fish. Thanks to that, he had food. In addition, he had something to do instead of sitting down under the sun. However, this wasn't the solution.
Since Richard Parker, the tiger, got on the boat, Pi knew he was not gonna chill out. The tiger was a huge problem, what's more, it must be fed. Consequently, the food Pi had wasn't enough. Quite unexpectedly, a shoal appeared and they got enough food. Moreover, Pi used that like a way of getting into the boat.

Pi in his little boat he made for himself, a whale and the boat where Richard Parker was. (During Night-time).
